HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support employee relocation and ensure smooth adaptation in Spain. In this role, you will not only support HR processes but also help shape the company’s culture and workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update instructions, guides, and checklists for HR processes and relocation;
• Develop and maintain employee adaptation and relocation systems;
• Ensure effective communication with employees: resolve issues, provide updates on corporate policies and changes;
• Maintain records and dashboards (Google Sheets) to track statuses, deadlines, and next steps; prepare reports and handle other operational HR tasks;
• Interact directly or through service providers with official institutions, ensuring organizational and logistical support at all stages of relocation;
• Advise employees on visa-related matters (DNV and Highly Qualified Professional status), prepare documentation, and manage appointments.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of HR experience in an IT company;
• Proven experience in building employee relocation processes;
• Demonstrated background in establishing and developing HR processes;
• Strong communication skills, ability to connect with different people, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude;
• Genuine interest in HR, business development, and continuous professional growth;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Spanish proficiency (B1 or higher).

Nice to have:

• Experience in organizing relocation and working with local institutions (employment office, migration service, etc.).
