Office System Administrator

We are looking for an Office System Administrator to strengthen one of our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring laptops;
  • Supporting and configuring the office network infrastructure;
  • Supporting the mini-server room on the office premises;
  • Inventorying equipment, purchasing it, and issuing it to employees;
  • Promptly replacing equipment in case of malfunction;
  • Technical equipment and maintenance of conference rooms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in choosing and ordering equipment;
  • Basic macOS/Linux skills;
  • Basic office network administration skills;
  • Sociability, friendliness;
  • Independence;
  • Warehouse accounting skills;
  • Experience in building Wi-Fi networks.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Linux administration;
  • Experience using Zabbix\Nagios or other monitoring systems;
  • Experience in equipment repair;
  • Experience working with docking stations in a Linux environment (display link).
